1.practice long, eating slow

2. plan ahead 

   plan it out at the begining of the day and he week so that you're not scrambling. this helps you resits the temptation of fast-food restaurant or postries in the break room.

3 eat often

   Aim for three healthy meals and two small snacks a day, which means you're eating somrthing around every three times hours

4.dont drink sugar

   if you take sugar that much you will get diabetes and make you fat.
